Black Lives Matter: 2012-2018

Black Lives Matter focuses on gun violence against black men in the USA. After Trayvon Martin was shot in 2012, I painted the gun used to kill him in red and wrote the name of the gun and what it was used for in white and blue.

This was my way to honor Trayvon Martin, hoping to add to the gun violence discussion and to highlight the nightmare of the ongoing killings of black people in the United States of America for over 400 years.
